Repair Services Directory
Patch Repair
A patch repair is used when neoprene has been ripped, torn, or punctured and needs added strength beyond a standard glue repair. ReSurf’s technicians clean and prepare the damaged area and apply a neoprene patch to reinforce the repair. This patch helps restore durability, reduce further tearing, and extend the usable life of the wetsuit.
Repair patches are carefully selected to match the thickness and function of each wetsuit. We aim for the closest possible match, though patch materials may vary from the original colour, texture, or panel design.
Seam / Leak Repair
If your wetsuit's seams are leaking, separating, or beginning to fail, ReSurf’s technicians will work to restore their strength, flexibility, and water resistance. Repair services include glue & Tape, stitched Seam, & taped & Stitched Seam Repairs
Zipper Repair
A functioning zipper is essential for wetsuit performance. ReSurf offers a range of zipper repair and replacement services for chest-zip and back-zip wetsuits.
Whenever possible, ReSurf will repair existing zipper systems before recommending a full replacement. Exact matches to the original zipper style, brand, or colour cannot be guaranteed. Older wetsuits may require modifications to accommodate available replacement zipper components.
Velcro / Hardware Repair
Over time, wetsuit Velcro and hood/chest pull straps wear and stretch, creating pathways for water to enter your wetsuit's closures. ReSurf’s Technician team can replace these items to restore your wetsuits strength and security.
